The ideal semi-permanent solution for facilities with existing concrete, this system utilizes a welded baseplate to bolt directly to the surface—providing maximum stability without the need for excavation. Each divider is custom-fabricated to your court’s exact specifications for a precision fit. Featuring 4’3” reinforced steel poles, the system can be finished with your choice of high-performance mesh windscreens or heavy-duty netting. DIVIDER PANELS
Divider panels are custom fabricated from either VCP MAX windscreen mesh or from #420 knotless pylon netting. Both divider panel options are sewn with a top headband pocket that conceals all the tension hardware for an attractive finish with no exposed components. The sides and bottoms of the divider panels have reinforced tape borders that are double sewn with 1-1/2” solid vinyl and complete with #2 brass grommets spaced evenly for easy installation.
- VCP MAX Windscreen
- #420 Knotless Pylon
VCP MAX windscreen mesh material has a 4-year limited warranty and is available in black, dark green or open tournament blue. This mesh material offers a nice visual blockage and has an 85% windbreak. The material has great weather resistance and custom digital printing can be printed directly on the material. Added printing is a great opportunity to brand your facility or to add advertisements to support sponsors. VCP Max mesh material is most commonly used for indoor applications where wind stress is not a factor.
#420 Knotless Polypropylene (Pylon) is an ideal netting for court dividers. This lightweight, 1-1/2” square mesh boasts a 125# break strength and is completely weather treated to withstand the elements. Black knotless pylon is standard for pickleball court dividers but white is also available for indoor applications. Netting has a 4-year limited warranty. Pylon netting can be used both indoor and outdoor and is recommended for outdoor applications in lieu of mesh. The 1 ½” mesh will allow for ample wind flow reducing chance of material damage.
