FRAME
The solid framework is constructed from durable 16 gauge, 1.9 OD steel. All steel components, including the frame and fittings, are finished with a black polyester powder coat for maximum weather resistance. The frame includes three 2″ i.d., 24″ PVC ground sleeves. A ground sleeve is installed at each end and in the middle for the center back support.
The net rebounder frame measures 10′ high and is available at 10′ or 20′ wide.
NET
The heavy-duty rebounder net is sewn with knotless #420 pylon in a 7/8″ square mesh with a 125 lb. break strength. The black netting is weather and UV-treated to withstand moisture and sunlight. The netting perimeter is finished with a 1″ wide vinyl tape border. The reinforced edging provides the net with added strength, keeps the net’s shape, and makes it easy to install. The net measurement is 8’6″ high and 8’6″ or 18’6″ long to securely fit inside the frame with the necessary tension allotment.
Netting is secured to the rebounder frame with bungee cords along the top and sides and adjustable net tensioning straps along the bottom. A white webbing strap is provided to be woven into the mesh netting at 3′ to replicate a realistic tennis net height. A 12″ high vinyl mesh ball retainer is secured at the bottom to aid in ball rebounding. The tennis ball retainer is secured to the bottom of the rebound net and at each corner with the provided tie wraps.
A complete replacement net package is available.
