Douglas® Guard Rail Padding can be used for a variety of applications on sports fields including dugout padding and equipment padding. Padding helps to prevent dangerous ricochets, provides player comfort, and enhances the look of any facility for a more professional feel. Guard rail pads are easy-to-order and even easier to install.

Quality Materials
Douglas® guard rail pads are a wraparound style that are custom fabricated using 1” thick high-density foam cores. Foam is 1” prime polyurethane 100+ ILD for ample cushioning protection. Foam is encased in durable 18 oz vinyl that has a UV and weather protection coating for long term resistance against the elements. Choose from standard colors dark green, black, royal blue, navy, red, maroon, purple, gray, and yellow. Additional colors are available by request.

Finished Size
Guard rail pads are sold up to a maximum of 10’ in length per piece and are sold per linear foot. Perimeter vinyl flap edging is 1.5” wide and is double sewn with a high tensile strength thread. Heavy duty #2 brass grommets spaced every 6“ for a secure installation. Standard size pads are manufactured to fit up to a 2” diameter pipe. Dugout guard rail padding is typically installed with UV protected tie raps or lacing cord, sold separately. Custom sizes are available to fit any diameter pipe – additional fees may apply.
Graphics – Vibrant Full Color Digital Printing
Add digital printing with our high-quality UV digital printing process. You can choose to print on the entire pad or just the front face of the pad to advertise your team’s name or logo. Recommended front face print area height is only 3”- 4”. Our elite printing process allows us to print directly on our vinyl providing crisp, clear images. Your graphics will be UV resistant and become part of the material; your investment will not crack or peel. Dugout Vinyl Logo wraps are also available to update the appearance of your existing padding. Our digital printing offers more detailed multi-color capabilities and has a quick turnaround!
